Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProGuard platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Section 2
Description of Service
ProGuard is a biosecurity risk intelligence platform that monitors outbreak data from verified government sources and delivers alerts, reports, and risk assessments to subscribed clients. The platform includes a client portal, alert delivery system, route checker, and weekly intelligence reports.
Section 3
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must provide accurate company and contact information
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Section 4
Subscription and Billing
- Access to ProGuard is subscription-based
- Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are agreed upon during onboarding
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
- Non-payment may result in suspension of services
Section 5
Acceptable Use
- You may use ProGuard only for legitimate biosecurity monitoring and risk management purposes
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense ProGuard data or alerts without written permission
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond intended use
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Section 6
Data and Accuracy
- ProGuard processes data from official government and intergovernmental sources
- While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we cannot guarantee that all outbreak data is complete or error-free
- ProGuard is an intelligence tool -- it does not replace veterinary advice, regulatory compliance, or professional biosecurity consultation
- Decisions made based on ProGuard data are the responsibility of the client
Section 7
Intellectual Property
- The ProGuard platform, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of ProGuardXAi
- Outbreak data sourced from government databases remains in the public domain
- Client data belongs to the client
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
- ProGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, data delays, or inaccuracies in source data
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Section 9
Termination
- Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, access to the portal and alerts will cease
- Data retention follows our Privacy Policy
Section 10
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
